The Brancott Estate Flight Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc presents fragrant pink grapefruit and passionfruit on the nose. These aromas are followed by a sweet pungency and ripe lemon acidity that excite the palate, and a fresh, crisp and lively finish.
The grapes were harvested from early to mid March 2014. The fruit was gently pressed before being fermented in a number of stainless steel tanks with a variety of yeast types. Ferments were at cool temperatures to retain the very distinctive regional and varietal characters.
