Crisp and bright, with fruit flavours of melon, passionfruit and citrus. The delicate acid balance leaves a fresh, harmonious finish. Grapefruit, lemon zest and green apple aroma.
Harvested early in the season in the cool of morning, then gently pressed under inert gas. Cool settled and predominantly fermented in stainless steel tanks, with around 10% of fermentation in old oak barrels. Best within 2-3 years of vintage date, this wine from a very warm vintage should also evolve and remain an intriguing proposition through to 2023.
