Our Early Light range is an exciting addition to the Wither Hills family, offering crisp, vibrant wines at a slightly lower alcohol level for people to really enjoy.

Taste Profile:
This Pinot Gris displays a wonderful lush palate of apple and pear with generous weight and texture. A truly elegant wine at 9.5% alc/vol.

Winemaking:
Fruit for our Early Light range of wines is harvested early to capture optimum flavour ripeness whilst reducing the levels of naturally occurring sugar. This lower level of sugar means less alcohol is converted resulting in a lighter in alcohol style of wine.
